If you no longer have your PIN, you can use our online PIN retrieve system. When renewing your registration online, you may obtain proof of the online renewal submission (receipt) by logging-in to the online renewal system with the PIN provided for your renewal and print your 'Transaction Summary' page. Your cancelled check/money order or credit card statement is your receipt for any transaction with the Office of the Professions.

Contacting us earlier may extend processing times for applications. After you have submitted all your documentation, please allow 6 weeks before submitting a Contact Us Form to request a status update.
